Slovak truckers from UNAS blocked the Vysne Nemecke checkpoint for trucks from Ukraine.
The Union of Road Carriers of Slovakia (UNAS), as announced, blocked the movement of trucks at the Vysne-Nemecke border crossing today after 4 p.m., heading from Ukraine to Slovakia. UNN reports this with reference to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
Representatives of the Slovak carriers' union blocked the movement of trucks through the Vysne Nemecke checkpoint. This information was reported at 16:10 by Slovak border guards. The carriers are restricting the movement of trucks traveling from Ukraine to Slovakia. The traffic of trucks leaving Slovakia is not currently blocked
It is noted that currently, 1263 trucks are in an electronic queue to leave Slovakia at the Uzhhorod checkpoint, adjacent to the Slovak Vysne Nemecke checkpoint. The passage of cars and buses is carried out in the normal mode, the border guards said.

Meanwhile, Polish strikers ended their blockade of the Yagodyn-Dorogusk border crossing with Ukraine, restoring stable truck traffic since 14:00 on Monday, December 11.
On December 1, Slovak truckers began blocking truck traffic at the Vysne Nemecke border crossing with Ukraine, allowing limited passage. They joined Polish truck drivers who are demanding that the EU reinstate truck permits that were canceled after the Russian invasion.
On December 4, at 22:00, Slovak protesters ended their protest at the border checkpoint.
However, the day before, the Union of Road Carriers of Slovakia again announced a blockade of truck traffic through Vysne Nemecke-Uzhhorod.
