The country's power system continues to experience significant capacity shortages, especially after the loss of 9 GW of generation capacity due to hostile attacks. The shelling, which often occurs in the frontline and border areas, hits substations and transmission lines, causing restrictions on the transmission of available electricity.

Regarding the situation with electricity supply in the regions, in Vinnytsia region there were technological failures that led to the disconnection of a high-voltage overhead line, which left the substation and the households connected to it without electricity. However, all consumers were quickly reconnected using a backup system.

In Zakarpattia region, a short-term outage of a high-voltage line was also recorded, but it did not cause power outages.

In Donetsk region, hostile shelling of a mine employing 27 people did not result in a power outage or fire.

Power companies have restored electricity supply to 3,524 consumers who lost access to electricity due to hostilities and technical malfunctions. However, as a result of hostilities and technical disruptions, 483 settlements remain without electricity.

In Dnipro, Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts, power companies have successfully restored electricity supply to more than 3,000 consumers.

Donetsk region: hostile shelling caused power outages for 1.2 thousand subscribers in 6 settlements. Power companies restored electricity supply to 835 subscribers in 8 settlements, but 135 settlements with a total of 83.2 thousand subscribers remain without electricity.

Zaporizhzhya region: hostilities left 3.7 thousand consumers without electricity in 51 settlements.

Ivano-Frankivsk region: technological disruptions led to a decrease in gas pressure, which resulted in 260 subscribers being disconnected from gas supply.

Sumy region: 3.5 thousand consumers in 67 settlements were left without electricity due to the hostilities.

Kharkiv region: as a result of hostilities, 38.3 thousand subscribers in 106 settlements are still without electricity supply.

Kherson region: 2,476 consumers in the city of Kherson were cut off from electricity, and more than 26,000 consumers in 48 settlements in the region as a whole.

Chernihiv region: hostilities resulted in electricity outages for 1.4 thousand subscribers in 23 settlements.
