A man died in Sumy region as a result of mortar shelling. Criminal proceedings have been opened over the incident
A man died in Sumy region as a result of mortar shelling a man was killed. This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office, UNN reports.
"According to the investigation, on November 19, 2023, at about 18:30
the enemy, according to preliminary information, fired a mortar at civilian infrastructure
м. Seredina-Buda, Sumy region. As a result of the occupiers' attack on the territory of
a man was killed in his own home."
Criminal proceedings have been opened over the incident.
