Russia's strike on Kryvyi Rih: 11 dead, tomorrow is a day of mourning in the city

11 people were killed and 42 wounded in a Russian missile strike on Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovs'k region, a day of mourning is declared in the city tomorrow.

The enemy massively attacked Dnipropetrovs'k region with missiles. In  Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro region, as a result of a missile strike by Russian troops, 11 people were killed    and 42  wounded, UNN reports citing the State Emergency Service and the Prosecutor General's Office. 

"In Kryvyi Rih, there was a destruction at an enterprise. A fire broke out and has been extinguished by rescuers. Unfortunately, 11 people died in the region, and more than 40 others were injured with varying degrees of severity," the SES said in a statement.

Later, the Prosecutor General's Office added that the number of wounded as a result of the missile strike on Kryvyi Rih had increased to 42. The search and rescue operation continues.

The SES also reported that a nine-story building in Dnipro was damaged as a result of the Russian attack. The roof and technical floor were destroyed, windows in residential apartments were smashed, and cars were damaged. Also, a two-story building of a service station was partially destroyed and the company was damaged.

According to the head of the city's Defense Council, Oleksandr Vilkul, tomorrow a day of mourning is declared in Kryvyi Rih for those killed in the Russian strike.

"Tomorrow a day of mourning is declared in Kryvyi Rih," Vilkul wrote on Telegram.
