Since the beginning of the year, the aggressor state has lost at least 7 billion dollars directly from Ukraine's precision sanctions against the Russian oil industry and refining. This was reported by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, according to UNN.

As the President reported, based on the results of this April, our long-range sanctions have reached a new level in three components: the reduction of Russian oil profits, the distance, and the intensity of the sanctions. It is important that not only is the target itself reached, as defined by the combat mission, but the downtime of the facility is increased, or at least there is a tangible reduction in its operation.
