On New Year's Eve, Russians shelled the Dniprovsky district of Kherson, wounding a 46-year-old woman. Over the past day, 45 settlements in the region were attacked, 37 houses were damaged, and 5 people were wounded.
Russian troops attacked Kherson on New Year's Eve, one person was injured, the Kherson RMA reported on Telegram on Wednesday, UNN reports.

"At midnight, Russian troops shelled the Dniprovsky district of Kherson. As a result of the enemy attack, a 46-year-old woman who was in the building sustained an explosive injury, contusion, and shrapnel wounds to her limbs," the RMA reported.
As indicated, the woman is under medical supervision. Her condition is assessed as moderate.

According to the head of Kherson RMA Oleksandr Prokudin, 45 settlements of Kherson region, including Kherson, came under enemy fire and air strikes over the past day.
According to him, the Russian military hit critical and social infrastructure; residential areas of the region's settlements, in particular, damaged 5 high-rise buildings and 32 private houses. The occupiers also destroyed a cell tower, an outbuilding, a garage and a bus.
According to Prokudin, 5 people were wounded in the last day as a result of Russian aggression, including 1 child.
