Russian troops shelled the village of Lisna Stinka, Kupiansk district, Kharkiv region. The attack killed an 87-year-old man, damaged private houses, and opened an investigation into war crimes.

On the afternoon of August 10, Russian troops attacked Kharkiv region. A man was killed in an enemy attack in the village of Lisna Stinka. This was stated by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, UNN reports.

According to the investigation, on August 10, around 15:40, the enemy shelled the village of Lisna Stinka village in Kupyansk district. Previously, the Russian military attacked the village with MLRS.

An 87-year-old man was killed. Private households were damaged and destroyed. Under the procedural supervision of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv region, a pre-trial investigation was initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)
