According to preliminary data, each of the facilities has three arched inflatable structures, a group of blue sea containers connected by engineering communications, and an auxiliary module of a smaller size. All three sites have the same structure.

The second similar complex is located 50 km from St. Petersburg, on the territory of the abandoned Nyasino tank training ground. The third is in the Arkhangelsk region at a training ground near the White Sea. Each of the three sites has a double perimeter of protection with a fence, as well as a lightning protection system.
