Ukrainian troops continue an unprecedented operation in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, advancing 30 kilometers into the territory. Russian forces have been unable to push back the Ukrainian armed forces, despite attempts to reinforce them and claims of controlling the situation.

Ukrainian troops and equipment have advanced 30 kilometers inside Russia since the start of the operation on Tuesday, pushing on to Kursk and taking the town of Sudzha near the Russian border.
The publication quotes the words of a Ukrainian soldier (Denis, who has made three rotations to Russian territory since the beginning of the invasion).
"We are going deeper," he said.
Meanwhile, Russian General Valery Gerasimov has repeatedly tried to present the situation as being under control.
