At the same time, the Russian Ministry of Defense accused Ukraine of using drones and artillery against Russian military positions and civilian objects in Crimea, as well as in the Belgorod, Kursk, Kaluga, Rostov regions, and the Krasnodar Krai.
Despite the claims of a truce, the Russian side also confirmed carrying out strikes on the territory of Ukraine.
"Under these conditions, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation responded in a mirror-like fashion to violations of the truce. They carried out retaliatory strikes on the firing positions of MLRS, artillery, and mortars. They hit command posts and UAV launch sites,"
Zelenskyy announced the continuation of hostilities by the Russian Federation
Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that hostilities by Russia are ongoing.
"In the future, we will react in the same mirror-like fashion, and if the Russians decide to return to full-scale war, our sanctions for this will be immediately felt,"
According to him, Ukraine refrained from new long-range strikes on the territory of the Russian Federation due to the absence of large-scale Russian attacks on Ukrainian rear regions.
