It is noted that as a result of the Russian attack, civilian infrastructure and vehicles were damaged.

The OGP added that the inspection is still ongoing, and a full list of destruction and damage is being established.

Under the procedural supervision of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Earlier, RMA Chairman Oleh Kiper reportedthat warehouses, trucks and a civilian ship were damaged by the wreckage. Due to the damage to the vessel, there was a liquid leak. The consequences are being eliminated.
