Two brothers were killed in Sumy region as a result of an air strike by Russian troops, the Sumy RMA and the Prosecutor General's Office said, UNN reports.

"According to the updated information, two brothers were killed in the village of Mohrytsia, the youngest of them was 6 years old," the RMA reported on Telegram.
"As a result of the occupiers' attack, 6-year-old and 23-year-old brothers were killed," the prosecutor's office said.
According to the investigation, the prosecutor's office said, the enemy conducted an air strike on the civilian infrastructure of the Yunakivska community of Sumy district on August 8 at about 11:00.
A pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) was initiated.
