The UAV strike in the Leningrad region may have targeted, among others, a naval plant, a Russian Navy arsenal, and an oil depot. Authorities claimed 141 drones were shot down and reported internet connectivity issues.

In Kronstadt, the Kronstadt Naval Cadet Military Corps was likely attacked, according to an OSINT analysis by ASTRA.
As a result of the UAV attack, smoke was reportedly visible over the Kronstadt Naval Cadet Military Corps in Kronstadt. There is no official confirmation of the attack yet. Earlier, eyewitnesses published photos of black smoke over the city.
Supernova+ and Exilenova+ also reported that "an attack on a naval plant is being reported in Kronstadt," and "in Lebyazhye, Leningrad region, the ammunition depot of the 15th Arsenal of the Russian Navy was hit."
The appearance of UAVs last night was also reported in other districts of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region.
In Peterhof, drones likely attacked an oil depot, according to an OSINT analysis by ASTRA.
The source of the fire in eyewitness photos from Peterhof is located approximately in the area of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics of SPbSU. The Peterhof oil depot is located in close proximity to the educational building.
In Petersburg, the Research Institute of Marine Thermal Engineering—a key enterprise for the creation of underwater weapons—may have been attacked, according to an OSINT analysis by ASTRA.
Eyewitnesses published photos of smoke over Lomonosov near Saint Petersburg. ASTRA established that the smoke could be rising over the Research Institute of Marine Thermal Engineering.
The Research Institute of Marine Thermal Engineering (NII Morteplotekhniki) is a defense research and design center specializing in the development of torpedo weaponry and power plants for the underwater weapons of the Russian Navy.
However, Supernova+ reported that another research institute—the Institute of Physics—could also have been under attack.
Earlier, the Governor of the Leningrad region, Alexander Drozdenko, reported a large-scale attack. According to him, 141 drones were shot down. The Governor of Saint Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, while advising citizens not to leave their homes, specified that "mobile internet disruptions are possible."
