Russian authorities have confirmed the crash of a Tu-22M3 military aircraft in the Irkutsk region. According to official reports, all 4 crew members ejected and survived, and the cause of the incident is said to be a technical malfunction.

The Russian Federation has officially confirmed the crash of a Tu-22M bomber in the Irkutsk region. Indeed, at 22:18, the following information (about the plane crash - ed.) was received by the regional branch of the Center for Disaster Medicine. According to the Ministry of Defense, the plane was a military aircraft, a TU-22M3. It was performing a scheduled flight. The crew took the plane away from residential buildings. 4 pilots ejected. All of them have been found and are receiving medical care. There is no threat to life and health
