Russia attacks civilian vessels blocked since 2022 in ports of Mykolaiv region; as a result of another enemy strike on the night of July 27, there is one dead, reported by the USPA on Monday, writes UNN.

As stated by the USPA, "on the night of July 27, Russia struck civilian merchant vessels in the ports of the Mykolaiv region."
"The vessels that came under enemy fire have been blocked in Ukrainian ports since the beginning of the full-scale invasion in 2022 and are not conducting commercial voyages," the USPA noted.
As a result of the attack, there is one dead and wounded.
"This is another deliberate strike by Russia on civilian shipping and port infrastructure of Ukraine. The attacks on vessels that have been unable to leave blocked ports for years once again demonstrate the systematic nature of Russian terror against the maritime industry and pose a direct threat to the lives of civilian seafarers. Ukraine continues to document these crimes and calls on the international maritime community to respond decisively to Russia's attacks on the civilian merchant fleet," the USPA stated.
