The police drew up protocols against the parents of three minor catchers who were riding on trams and electric trains. This is reported by the Main Department of the National Police in Kyiv, reports UNN.

According to the police, the other day, in one of the capital's telegram channels, juvenile police officers of the Sviatoshynskyi police department discovered several videos of teenagers riding on a tram and an electric train from the outside, clinging to the coupling device. Law enforcement officers identified all participants and conducted an explanatory conversation with them.
The minors turned out to be two 14-year-olds and one 15-year-old resident of the Kyiv region, who "entertained themselves" in such a dangerous way. Law enforcement officers conducted a preventive conversation with the children and told the underage lovers of dangerous "entertainment" about its fatal consequences, about the fact that in a moment you can fall at high speed, get an electric shock or hit an obstacle on the road, in the form of a pole or a narrow tunnel. They also told them about real tragic stories, when a minute of "entertainment" cost children their lives or caused them lifelong injuries. In relation to the parents of minors, the police drew up administrative materials under Article 184 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - failure by parents or persons replacing them to fulfill their responsibilities for the upbringing of children, they face a fine
The sanction of the article provides for a warning or a fine of UAH 850 to UAH 1,700.
