Refineries, oil depots, and port terminals: the CCD showed a map of Ukrainian Defense Forces' strikes on Russian oil facilities in June

During the first half of June 2026, the Defense Forces of Ukraine carried out 20 precision long-range strikes against infrastructure facilities in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Tatarstan, Samara, the Volgograd region, and other regions of the RF. This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (CCD), according to UNN.

Details

It is noted that as a result of the strikes, six oil refineries, three oil depots, control and oil pumping stations, and oil terminals in ports, among others, were hit.

While Putin's army carries out terrorist strikes against the civilian population, critical infrastructure, and cultural heritage sites of Ukrainian cities, the Defense Forces of Ukraine are effectively destroying oil refineries and other oil infrastructure deep in the rear of the RF

- the CCD points out.

They add that in response to the Kremlin's terrorist strikes, Ukraine is systematically reducing the RF's capacity to finance the war and the killing of Ukrainian civilians.

Recall

The General Staff reported on the results of reducing the military-economic potential of the RF — 16 large Russian oil refineries and terminals have already been hit, or "minus more than 30% of capacity," resulting in a fuel collapse in the enemy's rear.
