The President of Ukraine stated that the Russian dictator is preparing conditions for expanding mobilization. Russian losses over seven months amounted to nearly 225.5 thousand people.
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is preparing conditions for expanding mobilization. He is masking this with other words and signals, but he is preparing. This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in his evening address on July 25, reports UNN.

According to Zelenskyy, the figures of Russian losses speak for themselves.
In less than seven months of this year, 221,000 people have joined the ranks of the Russian armed forces. Meanwhile, Russian losses in the same period amounted to almost 225,500, of which 131,000 are killed, almost 93,000 are wounded, and a significant number of wounds are severe, because the Russians have totally poor frontline medicine
At the same time, more and more Russians are noticing Putin's war and suffering from it, and think that the war should not be prolonged, Zelenskyy added.
It is important that we, together with our partners, can put enough pressure on Russia so that thoughts of ending this aggression become dominant - thoughts of peace, not of additional Russian mobilization. Our long-range operations, our mid-strikes contribute to this
