“There is no alternative to NATO for everyone in Europe, no alternative for us, and both freedom and security. For all this, the world is looking for new formats of interaction. Ukraine has proposed its own format - the Peace Formula, which has united 100 countries and international organizations. Peace requires effort, and it should be effort based on unity. We have reached the highest level of closeness with the EU and NATO since independence.
All the necessary architecture for the negotiation process with the EU has already been formed. We have to move faster, move dynamically in the negotiations, and we will soon complete the screening procedure for Ukrainian legislation. In early 2025, we are preparing to open negotiations on the first cluster. The second and all other clusters without delay.
Ukraine should become the fastest in joining the EU, and therefore everyone in Ukraine should be the fastest in making and implementing the relevant decisions that will transform us. The key principles of transformations in our country and the necessary decisions will be in the annex to this point of the Stability Plan, in the annex on European integration,” Zelensky said.
