The National Police clarified that Russian occupants destroyed a local history museum in Zaporizhzhia region, UNN reports.

"A historical monument, the local history museum, was destroyed in Gulyaypol during a nighttime shelling. The building caught fire as a result of a shell hit and burned to the ground," the police said on Saturday.

Earlier, the police reported that "a historical monument - the memorial museum-estate of the Nestor Makhno family - was destroyed in Gulyaypol during a night shelling.
