Poland will send troops, including dog handlers, to Paris to help ensure security and detect explosives during the 2024 Summer Olympics.
Poland has decided to redeploy some troops to France to help with security measures during the Summer Olympics. Polish Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Komisz stated this on his page in X , UNN reports.

According to him, a task force, including dog handlers with dogs, will be sent to Paris.
The Polish Armed Forces will join the international coalition created by France to support the preparation and security of the 2024 Summer Olympics
The main task of the group will be to detect explosive devices and anti-terrorist activities, the Polish minister added.
