The bodies of 261 fallen soldiers, who may have been Ukrainian military personnel, have been returned to Ukraine. Investigators will carry out procedures to identify the deceased.
The bodies of 261 fallen individuals were returned to Ukraine. According to the Russian side, they may belong to Ukrainian military personnel, as part of repatriation efforts, the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War reported on Thursday, UNN writes.

Investigators from law enforcement agencies, together with representatives of expert institutions, will carry out all necessary measures to identify the repatriated deceased, as stated.
The Coordination Headquarters expressed its sincere gratitude to the International Committee of the Red Cross for facilitating and supporting the implementation of repatriation efforts.
