Ukraine has returned 501 bodies of the fallen, which may belong to Ukrainian servicemen. Identification will be carried out by law enforcement officers and experts.
Ukraine has returned the bodies of 501 fallen soldiers, which according to the Russian side may belong to Ukrainian servicemen, as part of repatriation measures, the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War reported on Thursday, writes UNN.
As a result of repatriation measures, 501 bodies of the fallen, which according to the Russian side may belong to Ukrainian servicemen, were returned to Ukraine
As stated, investigators from law enforcement agencies, together with representatives of expert institutions, will carry out all necessary measures to identify the repatriated fallen.
The Coordination Headquarters expressed sincere gratitude to the International Committee of the Red Cross for its assistance and support in implementing the repatriation measures.
