In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, Russian administrations hold meetings between children and military personnel, presenting them as heroes. The goal is to form a positive attitude towards the Russian army and prepare young people for service.
In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, occupation administrations continue to use children as a target audience for Russian military propaganda. This is reported by the Center for National Resistance of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (CNR), informs UNN.

It is noted that in children's camps and at various events, meetings with servicemen of the Russian army are regularly organized, presenting them as "heroes" and "defenders."
During such events, Russian military personnel communicate with children, demonstrate military equipment, conduct demonstration performances, and talk about "service for the benefit of the motherland." The occupation authorities deliberately create an image of the Russian army as friendly, caring, and prestigious, hiding its role in the war against Ukraine and the crimes committed in the occupied territories
They add that the main goal of such meetings is to form a positive attitude towards the occupation troops in children.
"From an early age, children are imposed a distorted perception of the Russian army, fostering respect for the occupiers and gradually preparing young people to perceive military service in the ranks of the Russian Federation as a natural and honorable choice," summarize in the CNR.

The occupation "Ministry of Education" of Crimea plans to introduce a 3-point system for assessing behavior starting from the new academic year. This will become a tool for controlling children and their families.
