The information about the murder of a civilian by TCK employees in Odesa turned out to be a fake after verification by the Land Forces Command. The video being circulated as evidence is Russian propaganda.

The information about the alleged murder of a civilian man by STC employees in Odesa is a fake, the Center for Countering Disinformation under the NSDC stated, reports UNN.

The Communications Department of the Land Forces Command informed the Center that a check of the alert measures in Odesa and Odesa region regarding this message was carried out. There was no, even remotely similar, event - it is stated in the message of the CCD under the NSDC.

- it is stated in the message of the CCD under the NSDC.

The Center noted that the video being circulated on the network as confirmation of the incident does not allow to identify the persons or the circumstances of the event, and its origin is a hostile Telegram channel. Then the video is picked up by other Russian resources or pro-Russian channels.

Moreover, the video appears repeatedly with a certain periodicity and each time it is presented as a "new case". This, as indicated in the CCD, is an example of the propaganda technique "The Big Lie", aimed at discrediting the mobilization measures in Ukraine.

Addition

Russian propaganda is spreading disinformation about blocking access to the STC databases as a result of a hacker attack on the state registers of Ukraine. The CCD under the NSDC reported that access to the "Oberih" database has not been lost, and the legal mobilization is ongoing in accordance with the legislation.
