In the city of Boryspil, in her own yard, a 79-year-old woman was attacked by two Cane Corso dogs that ran out from the territory of a neighboring household.
Despite the efforts of medics, the woman died in the hospital from her injuries.
The owner of the dogs has been detained in procedural order.
Investigators, under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, have opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 119 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Currently, priority investigative actions are underway, and the circumstances of the incident are being established.
