According to the information, on the evening of August 24, 2018, the man met a sixteen-year-old girl, a resident of the village of Subottsi, and decided to rape her. Due to the fact that the schoolgirl began to resist, the man killed her, and took the body outside the settlement, and then buried it on the territory of agricultural land.
The victim's body was found on March 26, 2019 during spring field work.
Despite the fact that the man in the court session completely denied his guilt and stated that he was not at the crime scene, and the evidence against him was falsified, he was sentenced to life imprisonment, which corresponds to the position of the prosecutor in the court session
