Today, on November 24, the National Police searched the Department of Environmental Protection and Climate Change Adaptation of the Kyiv City State Administration. This was reported by the press service of the KCSA, according to UNN.

Officers of the Main Department of the National Police in Kyiv are conducting searches in the offices of the Department of Environmental Protection and Climate Change Adaptation of the KCSA. The Department provides all the necessary documents and facilitates a full and comprehensive investigation in accordance with the procedure established by the criminal procedure legislation

The KCSA noted that the basis for the searches was an audit of certain issues of the Department's financial and economic activities by the Northern Office of the State Audit Service for the period from 2020 to 2022.

At the same time, disagreeing with the results of the audit, the Department filed a lawsuit with the Kyiv District Administrative Court asking to recognize the requirements of the State Audit Service as unlawful.
