Former MP Natalia Korolevska is accused of failing to declare property worth almost UAH 13.015 million and is currently wanted by
the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.

Nataliia Korolevska has been served with a new notice of suspicion, her
actions were classified under Part 2 of Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - declaring false
information, UNN reports with reference to the SAPO press service.
On December 20, 2023, the SAPO prosecutor and NABU detectives
announced a change in the previously reported suspicion of a former MP,
who failed to declare land plots in Kyiv region and Russia. Currently, the actions of the former
MP is now classified under Part 2 of Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine
In her 2020 declaration, Korolevska did not indicate two
land plots in the Obukhiv district of Kyiv region with a total area of 0.829 hectares and a value of
more than UAH 2.5 million, as well as a residential building and land plot located
in the Moscow region of the Russian Federation worth almost UAH 1.8 million. The amount of undeclared
of real estate amounted to more than UAH 4.315 million.
However, in the course of further pre-trial investigation
it was established that the value of the undeclared property is much higher than
initially established, and amounts to almost UAH 13.015 million, which exceeds 4000
subsistence minimums for able-bodied persons
Given the fact that the former MP is hiding from the
investigation, she was notified of the change of suspicion in accordance with Articles 135 and 278 of the CPC
of Ukraine.

In June of this year, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau
put former MP from the Opposition Platform
- For Life faction, Natalia Korolevska, on suspicion of making false declarations. The date of her disappearance
of her disappearance is February 22, 2023.
