The Israel Defense Forces eliminated the secretary of Hezbollah's Secretary-General Naim Qassem in Beirut, the IDF announced on Thursday, UNN writes.

"Yesterday (Wednesday), the Israel Defense Forces carried out a strike in the Beirut area and eliminated Ali Yusuf Harshi, the personal secretary and nephew of Hezbollah's Secretary-General Naim Qassem," the IDF reported.
Harshi, as stated, was "a close associate and personal advisor to Hezbollah's Secretary-General Naim Qassem and played a central role in managing and securing his office."
"Overnight, the Israel Defense Forces struck two key crossing points used by Hezbollah terrorists and commanders to move from north to south across the Litani River in Lebanon to transport thousands of weapons, rockets, and launchers," the IDF added.
In addition, it is noted that "approximately 10 weapons depots, launchers, and command centers" of Hezbollah in southern Lebanon were targeted.
