In Uzhhorod, a man with a weapon barricaded himself in a house with his wife and child. KORD special forces detained the perpetrator and rescued the hostages.
In one of the neighborhoods of Uzhhorod, a man threatened his wife with a pistol. By the time police units arrived, the man had barricaded himself in the house, where his wife and 5-year-old child were also present. KORD special forces conducted a special operation and detained the perpetrator, the National Police reports, according to UNN.
Today, at around 4:40 PM, the police received a report that in one of the neighborhoods of Uzhhorod, a man was threatening his wife with a pistol. The caller heard the sounds of gunshots. By the time police units arrived, the man had barricaded himself in the house, where his wife and 5-year-old child were with him. He refused to communicate with the police officers
It is noted that KORD special forces conducted a special operation and detained the perpetrator. The child and the woman were provided a safe exit from the house. Currently, there is no threat to their lives or health.
Law enforcement officers promise details later; primary investigative actions are ongoing.
