NABU and SAPO have completed an investigation against Amcu chairman Pavlo Kirilenko on suspicion of illegal enrichment. According to the investigation, the official hid 21 real estate objects and luxury cars, registering them for his wife's relatives.

The investigation into the case of the head of the Antimonopoly committee Pavel Kirilenko, who is suspected of illegal enrichment for UAH 72.1 million and declaring false information, has been completed. About it UNN reports with reference to NABU.
"NABU and SAPO have completed an investigation on suspicion of the head of the AMCU of illegal enrichment for UAH 72.1 million and declaring false information," the report says.
As the investigation established, in 2020-2023, the suspect, holding the position of head of the regional state administration, purchased 21 real estate objects and a luxury car, registering the property to relatives of his wife.
We are talking about:
· 7 apartments in Kiev and Uzhgorod with a total area of 688.5 sq. m;
· house near Kiev with an area of more than 220 sq. m and 2 land plots;
· 2 garage boxes;
· 6 parking space;
· 3 non-residential premises with a total area of more than 190 sq. m;
· BMW X3 car.
· at the same time, the difference between the value of the specified property and the available funds (income, savings) of the official and his wife amounted to UAH 72.1 million.
In addition, the suspect did not indicate the acquired property in the declarations of the person authorized to perform state functions for 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

On April 8, it was reported that the National Agency for the Prevention of corruption (NAPC) began monitoring the lifestyle of the chairman of the Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine Pavel Kirilenko.
On August 14, 2024, the chairman of the Antimonopoly committee Pavel Kirilenko was informed of suspicion of illegal enrichment.
Previously, he was suspected of illegal enrichment for more than UAH 56 million and false declaration.
In August, the court released Kirilenko on bail of more than 30 million hryvnias.
At the end of March UNN reported that the material of the project "schemes" was published, in which Investigative Journalists said that relatives of the chairman of the Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine (AMCU) Pavel Kirilenko over the past four years, especially during his presidency of the Donetsk Region, purchased real estate worth about 70 million Hryvnia, which looks disproportionate to his official income. We are talking about a large estate, two land plots, two crossovers, three apartments with parking spaces in Kiev and apartments in a premium residential complex in Uzhgorod.
