According to Shuvaev, Belgorod and the Belgorod district suffered a "massive missile attack." He claims that most of the missiles were shot down, but hits on civilian infrastructure were recorded.
According to the Russian side, three people were injured in the village of Belovskoye, and they are receiving medical assistance. Also, in the village of Pushkarnoye, a fire broke out in an outbuilding, and in Belgorod itself, one of the facilities caught fire.
In addition, Shuvaev reported damage to the energy infrastructure, which caused interruptions in electricity and water supply in some areas of Belgorod and several settlements in the region.
