In Poltava, a married couple was detained for filming pornography with their six-year-old daughter. The child was removed from the family, and the suspects were taken into custody without the right to bail.
In Poltava, juvenile prosecutors, together with cyberpolice officers, exposed a married couple who for several years filmed pornography involving their six-year-old daughter and committed lewd acts against her. This was reported by the Poltava Regional Prosecutor's Office, according to UNN.
Details
During a search of the family's residence, law enforcement officers seized computer equipment containing evidence of illegal activity. It has been established that the parents began molesting the child when she was two years old.
The couple has been notified of suspicion regarding the production of child pornography by a group of persons upon prior conspiracy, forcing a minor to participate in its creation, and the commission of lewd acts against a minor by family members (Part 4 of Art. 301, Part 2 of Art. 156 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
In addition to these charges, the child's father is accused of intentional possession of child pornography without the intent to sell or distribute (Part 1 of Art. 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Currently, the children's services department has removed the child from the family. The girl is in the hospital for examination. The suspects have been taken into custody without the possibility of bail.
The couple does not admit their guilt. During the court hearing to select preventive measures, they explained that the photos and videos were produced for a family archive.
