The group has lost thousands of fighters, and Israel has occupied part of southern Lebanon. Political pressure on Hezbollah within the country has intensified significantly.

The Hezbollah group has suffered significant human and political losses since the start of the war with Israel on March 2. This was reported by Reuters, according to UNN.
Details
According to sources within the group itself, Israel has occupied part of southern Lebanon, displaced hundreds of thousands of the Shia population, and killed several thousand fighters. At the same time, Hezbollah's press service denies these estimates.
According to the agency's interlocutors, Hezbollah's involvement in the conflict has also led to political pressure within Lebanon. The group's opponents accuse it of exposing the country to new wars with Israel.
In April, the Lebanese government held direct talks with Israel for the first time in decades, despite Hezbollah's objections.
At the same time, representatives of the group told Reuters that they view the conflict as an opportunity to change the situation, particularly through coordination with Iran.
"Hezbollah saw an opportunity to break this vicious circle where the Israelis can attack without any retaliation,"
Losses and the situation on the ground
Lebanon's Ministry of Health reported that more than 2,600 people have died since March 2, including civilians and medics.
At the same time, sources in Hezbollah claim that these figures do not account for a significant portion of the group's losses, and the number of fallen fighters could reach several thousand.
Despite the truce that came into effect on April 16, Israel and Hezbollah continue to exchange strikes in southern Lebanon, where Israeli forces maintain a so-called buffer zone.
