In the city of Dubno, a two-year-old child got their head stuck in a metal stair railing. Rescuers cut part of the structure and freed the toddler without injuries.

In the city of Dubno, Rivne region, emergency responders rescued a two-year-old child who got stuck in a metal fence on the stairs while playing. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, according to UNN.
In Dubno, while playing, the toddler poked their head between the metal elements of a staircase railing and was unable to get out on their own. Rescuers carefully cut part of the structure and quickly freed the child. Fortunately, everything ended without injuries
In addition, the State Emergency Service urged parents to remind children about safe behavior during play and not to leave them unattended.
