Gasoline sales have been restricted in Russia's Kursk and Belgorod regions due to shortages. In occupied Sevastopol, fuel is now being issued only via coupons. Restrictions have also been introduced in the occupied Luhansk region.

Gasoline sales have been restricted in several more Russian regions. This concerns shortages in the Kursk and Belgorod regions bordering Ukraine. This was reported by UNN with reference to the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Andriy Kovalenko.

According to Russian "media," gas stations explain the refusal to pour fuel into canisters by citing an internal ban in effect at the "Rosneft" filling station network. According to residents, gas stations are also refusing to fill cars to a full tank.
At the same time, restrictions on gasoline sales were also introduced in the so-called "LPR." The occupation "authorities" stated that due to the increase in demand for fuel, a decision was made to limit the sale of AI-92, AI-95 gasoline, and diesel fuel to 20 liters per person.

Russia banned the export of aviation fuel until the end of November to avoid shortages on the domestic market after Ukraine intensified attacks on its oil refineries.
UNN also reported that in occupied Sevastopol, AI-92 and AI-95 gasoline began to be sold only by coupons due to the rapid depletion of daily fuel stocks at gas stations.
