Russia attacked Zhytomyr region overnight, civilian infrastructure was hit, and there are power outages, Vitaliy Bunechko, head of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration, and the Ovruch City Council reported on social media on Friday, according to UNN.
Tonight, the enemy once again attacked civilian infrastructure and residential buildings in Zhytomyr region.
According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, a fire broke out in a private house and an outbuilding due to the enemy attack. "The fire has been extinguished. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties," Bunechko noted.
The Ovruch City Council, in turn, reported in the morning that the enemy had inflicted "devastating strikes on the community's infrastructure facilities. As a result of the attack, there is no electricity supply."
"Due to the situation, the educational process in educational institutions has been temporarily suspended. The community's Invincibility Points are being promptly deployed," the Ovruch City Council stated.
