This was announced by the Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko during a telethon, a correspondent of UNN reports.

On Monday, there will be an order, and on Monday or Tuesday, the Recovery Council will approve a phased recovery plan, which also includes priority measures aimed at ensuring that all windows are replaced. In parallel, we are working with key institutions of the Ministry of Infrastructure, design institutions that have the ability to quickly conduct a detailed, technical analysis of the state of destruction so that they can then divide and say where windows can already be installed, count their number, and start tender procedures through Prozorro under certain criteria that we were promised to develop by the UN (a representative of the Development Program - ed.), whose head joined the Recovery Council
He noted that all processes will be transparent.

On August 16, Okhmatdyt CEO Volodymyr Zhovnir stated that the Okhmatdyt - Healthy Childhood Charitable Foundation, which had raised over UAH 370 million to restore the hospital, had no plans to transfer funds to the account of the Okhmatdyt National Children's Hospital. The Foundation responded to the accusations and noted that it had not received any letters from the Foundation requesting to transfer funds to the account of the Ohmatdyt National Children's Hospital with the appropriate designation.
