The Okhmatdyt Recovery Council will approve a phased plan to restore the hospital on Monday or Tuesday. The Health Ministry is developing an option to launch a new damaged building to operate in the fall and winter.

On Monday or Tuesday, the Okhmatdyt Recovery Council will approve a phased plan to restore the hospital. At the same time, the Ministry of Health is developing an option to launch a new building, which was damaged in the strike, and continue its work in the fall and winter. This was announced by the Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko during a telethon, a correspondent of UNN reports.

The Ministry of Health, together with all the teams, is doing everything possible to carry out priority work that will allow us to mothball, that is, close all windows, openings, close the heating networks so that the building can function without any nuances

- Lyashko said.

According to him, the Reconstruction Council is currently being formed, and on Friday there was a meeting of international donors and philanthropists who were selected.

They are selecting public organizations. On Monday, there will be an order, and on Monday or Tuesday, the Recovery Council will approve a phased recovery plan, which also includes priority measures aimed at ensuring that all windows are replaced. In parallel, we are working with key institutions of the Ministry of Infrastructure, design institutions that have the ability to quickly conduct a detailed, technical analysis of the state of destruction so that they can then divide and say where windows can already be installed, count their number, and start tender procedures through Prozorro under certain criteria that we were promised to develop by the UN (a representative of the Development Program - ed.), whose head joined the Recovery Council

- Lyashko said.

He noted that all processes will be transparent.

We have options to get everything up and running so that the hospital, especially the new building that was damaged, can operate in the fall and winter

- Lyashko said.
