In parallel, we are working with key institutions of the Ministry of Infrastructure, design institutions that have the ability to quickly conduct a detailed, technical analysis of the state of destruction so that they can then divide and say where windows can already be installed, count their number, and start tender procedures through Prozorro under certain criteria that we were promised to develop by the UN (a representative of the Development Program - ed.), whose head joined the Recovery Council

On August 16, Okhmatdyt CEO Volodymyr Zhovnir stated that the Okhmatdyt - Healthy Childhood Charitable Foundation, which had raised over UAH 370 million to restore the hospital, had no plans to transfer funds to the account of the Okhmatdyt National Children's Hospital.
