All the funds raised for the restoration of the Okhmatdyt Children's Hospital are on the accounts and have not been used, pending the completion of tender procedures. This was announced by the Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko during a telethon, UNN reports .
All the funds are on the accounts, and not a single penny of the money raised has been spent to date. At the same time, after the tender, which was held by a charitable organization, involving Okhmatdyt employees who were appointed by the order of the Director General, certain details were announced in the media
According to him, the funds available on the accounts of the Okhmatdyt hospital allow us to start all the necessary processes for the rapid and high-quality restoration of the damaged building.
He says that as for other buildings, the Ministry of Health is currently waiting for technical reports where there are architectural monuments. And for other buildings, they have already launched processes that will make financial and economic or pre-project proposals on which way to go. After that, there will be a discussion with the team of doctors at Okhmatdyt and a final decision will be made, which will be agreed with the Okhmatdyt Restoration Council.
The National Police is working on this issue with regard to the funds held by the charity. I also called on the participants of the meeting of this charity fund to meet with the Minister, and I will once again inform them about all possible ways to do this correctly with the account that will be in the Treasury account. These funds are fully subject to all financial monitoring and public services, because, as we have announced, we plan to conduct everything through the Prozorro platform."
