The Minister of Health has suspended the director general of Okhmatdyt due to discrepancies in the information on the tender. Lyashko explained that the documents indicate that employees participated in determining the winner, but the protocols do not confirm this.
The Minister of Health raised the issue of discrepancies in information regarding the participation of Okhmatdyt employees in determining the winner of the tender, noting that there are documents that testify to their participation, while the protocols do not contain this confirmation. This is how Health Minister Viktor Lyashko commented on the suspension of the director general of Okhmatdyt from his duties during a telethon, UNN reports.
The issue is that there is a distortion of information that Okhmatdyt employees did not participate in determining the winner, while at the same time there is an order and protocols that say that they took part in the process. Then there was the question that this group selected the winner in time, but at the same time, they cannot confirm to me on what basis this was done, because there is no such protocol
He noted that the described process, approved by an official order, did not correspond to the actual communication carried out by the official hospital and the documents submitted to the commission.
"This led me to decide to suspend the head of the hospital for the period of the investigation so that the commission could investigate in more detail and interview all participants and members of the groups," Lyashko added.
Recall
Yesterday, Okhmatdyt CEO Volodymyr Zhovnir said that the Okhmatdyt - Healthy Childhood Charitable Foundation, which has raised over UAH 370 million to restore the hospital, has no plans to transfer funds to the Okhmatdyt National Children's Hospital account.
And today, Health Minister Viktor Lyashko suspended from his duties. He said that the facts related to the restoration of the Okhmatdyt buildings were distorted.
