DTEK asks residents of Odesa region to report power outages: how to do it

DTEK Odesa Power Grids offers residents of Odesa region several ways to report power outages: through social media, a form on the website, and by phone.
In the event of a power outage, residents of Odesa region can report it to DTEK in several ways: via social media, by filling out a special form on the company's website, or by phone. This was reported by DTEK Odesa Power Grids, UNN reports.

Thus, residents of the region can inform DTEK about the lack of electricity through:
- private messages on the Facebook page;
- a special form on the website in the section "No electricity?";
- via the Telegram chatbot - https://t.me/DTEKOdeskiElektromerezhiBot or Viber - https://chats.viber.com/dtekodeskielektromerezhi;
- by calling the call center numbers from a mobile phone +38 (068/095/073) 750 90 90 or a landline +38 (048) 705 90 90.
Due to the large number of calls, the call center lines may be overloaded. The company also added that during the day, on November 28, DTEK restored electricity to 61 thousand families in 123 settlements of Odesa region, and repaired 35 lines feeding 1,902 transformer substations.
"As of 19:30, 73,145 families in 279 settlements are still without power. 112 of our teams are working around the clock to return power to every home as soon as possible," the company said.
They clarified that according to weather forecasts, tomorrow, November 29, unfavorable weather conditions will remain in Odesa region - wind gusts of up to 20 m/s. They urged residents of the region to be careful and not to neglect safety rules.
