The festival's total revenue reached UAH 100 million.
This year's music festival, called ATLAS UNITED 2024, was the first festival of its kind to be held in the world during the war. The high-profile return of the event was held in partnership with the UNITED24 platform and monobank with a charitable purpose - to raise money for the needs of the Ukrainian military. "Aurora Multimarket became a partner of the festival and fully contributed to the fundraising.
About 100 Ukrainian and international artists took part in ATLAS UNITED 2024, including: Sharon den Adel, lead singer of the Dutch band WITHIN TEMPTATION, BOOMBOX, ARTEM PIVRMAROV, ZHADAN & SOBAKY, BEZ OBZHEMENI, KURGAN & AGREGAT, TNMK, Druha Rika, LATEXFAUNA, ONUKA, MÉLOVIN and many others.
During their performances, the artists held auctions for various items, from autographed T-shirts to a walk with their favorite comedian or an apartment.
The organizers estimate that 63673 spectators attended the event over three days, including 2538 people with disabilities, for whom a special VIP zone was built. The main fundraising goal of UAH 100 million was raised through direct donations, ticket sales, auction proceeds, and donations from business representatives.
The Aurora team designed merchandise for the festival: T-shirts, sneakers, socks, notebooks, and stickers. All the proceeds from the sale of the collection went to the collection's piggy bank. As well as a direct partner donation of UAH 5 million from the chain, and the profits of a convenience store that operated near the Aurora Multimarket Stage.
Lev Zhidenko, co-founder of Aurora Multimarket: "We are very pleased to join this festival and the collection, because the festival is a great opportunity for young Ukrainian artists to showcase themselves. And we as a business consider it one of our missions to help revive Ukrainian culture.
The collection is another value for us, we are regular partners of UNITED24 and we believe that each such activity brings us closer to Victory and helps to save the lives of our defenders."
The funds raised by the festival will be divided into two parts. One part will be used to purchase drones for brigades in the Kharkiv, Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia sectors. The other part will be used to fundraise for the UNITED24 platform for robots fighting alongside and instead of our defenders: automated platforms for evacuation, cargo delivery, mine clearance and other military needs.
