Ukrainian intelligence has preliminary information on which military unit the two Ukrainian soldiers who were shot by the Russians might have been from when they surrendered. This was reported by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets to a journalist of UNN.
