A draft law on demobilization will be jointly developed by the Ministry of Defense and representatives of the General Staff over the next few months before it is submitted to parliament.

The draft law on demobilization will be developed jointly with the Ministry of Defense and representatives of the General Staff in the coming months. This was announced by Defense Ministry spokesman Dmytro Lazutkin during a telethon, UNN reports.

This draft law will be prepared jointly with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and representatives of the General Staff. It is already in the works, and in the coming months a version will appear, which will then be submitted to the parliament

- Lazutkin said during the telethon.

According to him, the emphasis was more on the law on mobilization, because it is trained soldiers who should replace the demobilized at the front.

The Verkhovna Rada has approved a draft law on mobilization that introduces various provisions, including obliging persons with disabilities to undergo a second medical examination after February 24, 2022, restrictions on driving for those who evade military service, and the need to carry military registration documents.
