Court confiscated assets of "Belaruskali" for over 55 million dollars - details of the decision

The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice regarding the recovery of assets belonging to the company "Belaruskali" to the state revenue. This was reported in Telegram by the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, reports UNN.

According to the court decision, more than 70 thousand tons of potassium chloride were recovered to the state revenue. Its average market value is more than 55 million US dollars.

Also, monetary assets in the amount of more than 250 million hryvnias were recovered in favor of the Ukrainian state. In addition to money, the court ordered the transfer of 48% of the authorized capital of one of the limited liability companies, as well as 1,545 railway cars, to Ukraine.

The Ministry of Justice noted: "Belaruskali", by its actions, contributes to the conduct of the Russian war against Ukraine. They reminded that this enterprise maintains financial and economic relations with enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, as well as with the occupation administrations of the so-called "DPR" and "LPR".
