Josep Borrell discussed with Dmytro Kuleba the Ukrainian Armed Forces offensive in the Kursk region. He reaffirmed the EU's full support for the struggle of the Ukrainian people and noted that Putin is forced to retreat deeper into Russia.
EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell said that he had discussed the Ukrainian Armed Forces offensive in Kursk region with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and stressed that the EU "fully supports the struggle of the Ukrainian people." "I discussed with Dmytro Kuleba the latest developments at the front and the Kursk counter-offensive. I reaffirmed the EU's full support for the struggle of the Ukrainian people. Putin has failed to break Ukraine's resistance to his unjustified invasion, and now he is forced to retreat deeper into Russian territory," Borrell said.
