Booked MPs and officials are proposed to be allowed to travel abroad without hindrance

The Verkhovna Rada has registered a draft law allowing MPs, officials and others to travel abroad during the period of deferment from conscription. The document also proposes to expand the list of persons subject to reservation.
The Verkhovna Rada is proposed to grant the right to unimpeded travel abroad for the duration of the deferral or reservation to MPs, officials, judges and prosecutors and others who have the right to reservation. The relevant draft law has been registered in the Verkhovna Rada, UNN reports .

Draft law No. 1460 "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Additional Measures to Strengthen Motivation and Protection of the Rights of Servicemen under Martial Law" was registered on August 2.
The document proposes to grant the right of unimpeded travel abroad upon presentation of a document on deferral of military service during mobilization to persons who have been granted deferral. It also proposes to extend this right to MPs, deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and deputies of local councils during the exercise of their powers, provided they present their service ID.
According to the draft law , reservations are subject to :
- employees of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, as well as employees of fire and rescue units (units) of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, military personnel and employees of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine who are directly involved in measures to ensure national security and defense, repulse and deter armed aggression against Ukraine - 100 percent of the number of persons liable for military service from the total number of employees (servicemen);
- officers and employees who serve in the National Police of Ukraine, the State Bureau of Investigation, prosecutor's offices, the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (except for employees referred to in clause 2 of this part), the State Criminal Executive Service of Ukraine, the Judicial Protection Service, justice system institutions and pre-trial investigation bodies (except for persons liable for military service referred to in clause 1 of this part), as well as in staff positions of patronage services of state bodies under the jurisdiction of which the
Persons who are deferred from conscription or reserved for mobilization have the right to travel abroad without hindrance for the duration of the deferral or reservation.
The authors of the document propose that during the period of consideration of the issue of issuing a reservation for mobilization of a particular person liable for military service, the CMC and JV, bodies and units within the police system, as well as judicial authorities may not apply measures of influence and restrictions provided for by this and other laws of Ukraine. At the same time, such persons shall not be subject to mobilization during the consideration of the issue of registration of reservations for military service during mobilization.
Recall
On July 17, the Diia portal launched a service for booking employees of important enterprises and companies that meet the needs of the defense forces against mobilization.
Two more bills on “economic booking” have been submitted to the Ukrainian Parliament, according to which it will be possible to book employees for UAH 20,400. The documents make it possible to book up to 50% of conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists at an enterprise.
