The Belgian government and UNDP have signed a €9 million agreement for the green renewable energy sector in Ukraine. The funds will be used to repair critical energy facilities in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Odesa.
The Belgian government and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) have signed a €9 million financial agreement to be used for green energy renewal in Ukraine. This was reported by UNN with reference to UNDP.

It is noted that financial support from Belgium will help repair and restore critical energy facilities, which will ensure the provision of necessary services to millions of Ukrainians.

By deploying backup generation systems and improving local energy infrastructure, UNDP aims to increase access to essential services such as heating, electricity and clean water.
