Average utility of the 9th convocation of the Verkhovna Rada is 11% higher than in the previous convocation-research

The average coefficient of useful actions of the Verkhovna Rada of the 9th convocation is 68%, which is 11% higher than the indicator of the previous convocation. Also, at the 10th session of the Rada of the 9th convocation, the percentage of anti-reform deputies significantly decreased.

This was stated by the data analyst of the index of reforms project of the NGO "Vox Ukraine" Daria Kolodyazhnaya during a briefing, reports UNN.

"The average efficiency for all 10 sessions is 68%, which is actually much higher than the indicator of the last convocation by 11 percentage points," Kolodyazhnaya said.

She noted that such indicators were achieved, in particular, by the discipline and coordinated voting of the servant of the people faction.

She also said that at the beginning, the current convocation of the Verkhovna Rada showed very good attendance figures, but over time they decreased, in particular during a full-scale invasion.

In addition, she said that by the 10th session of the Rada of the 9th convocation, the percentage of anti-reform deputies significantly decreased-the results of the study.

The conditional division of Deputies into groups of reformers, moderate reformers and anti-reformers from session to session has the following indicators::

2nd session – 30% of reformers, 46% of moderate reformers, 24% of anti-reformers;

6th session – 32% of reformers, 47% of moderate reformers, 22% of anti-reformers;

10th session – 38% of reformers, 46% of moderate reformers, 17% of anti-reformers.

As of the 10th session, we have one of the lowest indicators of the number of anti – reformers-only 17%. But these percentages reached 30, but never exceeded 30 in the entire convocation.%
